What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a vehicle for helping people to achieve a higher level of wellbeing within the eight domains of wellness (Emotional, Physical, Occupational, Social, Spiritual, Intellectual, Environmental, and Financial). If any one of these domains is neglected over time, it will negatively impact one’s quality of life. I believe the process of behavior change starts with self awareness and that small shifts in daily habits can guide life to a different destination. I look forward to co-creating a health and wellness plan with you that pulls from your innate strengths and values.
